Jackie Kennedy Fishing Guide
Clients and I have landed eight state records
and 18 water body records, the latest is a 64.8# blue cat I caught at Cedar Creek Lake on Christmas day 2014. I'm very proud to be listed by Texas Parks and Wildlife Department as one of only thirty six fresh water Elite Angler.

I received word on January 8th that my friend and fishing buddy John Biggers had his final heart attack that morning around 10:30.
John was a very ruff and tuff old man who worked as a welder building power plants. He fished with me a lot, rain or shine, during 2003 and 04. His delight was getting over on someone, finding their weakness and exposing it. Nothing suited John better than figuring out a way to needle someone. Most people who knew John liked him a lot.
I'll sure miss him hanging around Sandy Shores. I drank coffee with him a lot before guide trips. There was no funeral, memorial, nor anything else. That's how John wanted it. His ashes will be spread over several of his favorite fishing holes, and some in a field near Fort Worth.
John was outstanding in his field.
John Biggers, you was a good friend. Rest In Peace.

I too will miss Johnny B, a good friend gone on to be with our Father. When I would call John, he would always pick up the phone and ask if I were someone that we both did not like. And, I would return the favor asking if I were speaking to another person we chose not to be around. It was a game with John, and he loved it every minute of the day.I was able to visit with him a couple of times each year, and called him every year on Thanksgiving and Christmas. That will be a phone call I will miss in the years to come.
John was a good man and a good friend, my prayers are with his family, I too will miss him.

Johnny B always was good for a smile or two. He joked around with me incessantly when happened to be around each other.
I will miss his wit and humor.
Godspeed Johnny B.....................

The first time I ever met Johnny B was was the winter of 2004 when Jackie invited me down to fish with them. I was in the middle of fighting a 36 pound blue cat and John said I wish you would hurry up you are screwing up our entire drift messing with that little ol fish either land him or cut the dang line. It was the start of a razzing that never ended when we where within hearing distance of each other. Sometimes he would just call me to jab on me a little knowing I would return the favor. He will be truly missed and remember Jackie "just another expensive day in the life of John Biggers."

I can just hear the conversation now.
Gatekeeper ask, Name?
John Biggers, can you spare an extra Marlboro?
John smoked right up to the bitter end, knowing they would be the death of him, and he was right.
He called a friend of ours Friday afternoon and said he was going to the doctor, he couldn't breathe. She told him to throw those cigarettes away, said he just did because the pack was empty. Always had a sense of humor and brightened up everyone's day in his sarcastic manner. Anyone who met him will always remember JohnnyB.

Johnnie B, Jack, and I went where the buffalo roam one day to fish. As usual, we were catching our "share" ! Johnnie B caught about a 4 lber! Well, Jack was helping him get it in the boat, when the fish flopps off back into the water! Ol John starts hollering at Jack about how if it had been Jack's fish, he would have D*** sure tried to get him in the boat, alot harder! I am still laughing at them! And I loved how he always, even to rank strangers, would introduce me as The Reverend Albert Lee Swaggert!! LOL How could you not love John Biggers? You are missed dear friend!
